– Administering City Elections;

– Preparing agendas and minutes for City meetings including but not limited to the City Commission;

– Maintaining ordinances and resolutions, developer agreements and contracts;

– Coordinating and responding to public records requests

– Issuing Local Business Tax Receipts (formerly Occupational License);

– Overseeing Human Resources
