On April 29, Governor DeSantis issued executive order 20-112 addressing Florida’s step-by-step plan for recovery. A list of Frequently Asked Questions was also released to address questions in regards to the executive order and Florida’s reopening.

The CDC strongly encourages social distancing, and with that in mind, City Hall will be closed to the public until further notice to protect our citizens as well as staff from unnecessary exposure to germs. Employees will be available to answer questions over the phone and if a meeting is necessary, an appointment can be arranged. (386)228-2121.
WATER BILLING UPDATES: Lake Helen Water Bills will be mailed on Wednesday (April 1).
Water Billing due date has been extended to May 1, 2020.
City Hall is closed except by appointment only (call 386-228-2121 for assistance). Please utilize the following options when paying your bill.
Utility Bill Payment Options:
• Residents can pay utility bills using drop box at City Hall
• Residents can pay utility bills online with a credit or debit card

CLOSURES/ Cancellations: All rental facilities and parks are closed until further notice to discourage gatherings of 10 or more. First Friday Food Trucks have been canceled for April 3. The City will reevaluate closures and cancellations as the situation progresses.
